You must request a return within 14 days of receiving non-perishable goods and 24 hours of

receiving perishable goods. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return or

refund.

3. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will

provide you with return instructions and any necessary return authorisation.

5.1. Damaged or Defective Items: We will arrange for the pickup of damaged or defective

items at no cost to you.

5.2. Incorrect Items: We will arrange for the pickup and replacement of incorrect items at no

cost to you.

5.3. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, these items may not need to be

physically returned. Our customer support team will guide you on the appropriate steps.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the

purchase.

6.2. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return is

received and inspected.

6.3. Full or Partial Refunds: Depending on the condition of the returned items, you may

receive a full or partial refund. Any applicable delivery fees will also be refunded if the return is

due to our error.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

according to your specifications.

7.2. Gift Cards: Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
